Crockpot Chicken Stew
1 bag baby carrots
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 small onion, diced
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 large chicken breasts
1 large (29 oz.) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
Put everything in crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. Remove chicken and tear into chunks and return to pot, Stir and cook 1/2 hour more. Serves 4-6.
