Chicken Stew
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 cup sliced carrots
1 onion, diced
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 jar chicken gravy or 1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper
Put carrots, potatoes, onions, and celery in bottom of crockpot. Add chicken cubes, salt and pepper, pour gravy over all. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low all day. Serves 4
