Chicken Casserole
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4 cups cooked diced chicken
2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8-12 oz.)
2 cups milk
2 cans (10 oz. each) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 small (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup minced onion
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 13X9" baking dish. Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serves 6.
