Tator Tot Casserole
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can (10 oz.) tomato or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
6-8 slices cheese (any kind you prefer)
salt and pepper
Tator Tots
Brown meat with onion, drain well. Mix in soup and water. Put in a greased baking dish, top with cheese slices, then tator tots. Bake @ 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tots are browned. Serves 6
