Broccoli Casserole
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can (10 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Mix broccoli with cheese soup. Mix crushed ritz crackers with melted margarine. Put a layer of cracker crumbs in a greased casserole dish. Top with broccoli mixture. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
