Cheesy Broccoli and Rice
16 oz. cooked broccoli
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (10 oz.) cream of Mushroom soup
Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
