BBQ Chicken And Rice

1 cup Uncle Bens Rice (or any parboiled rice)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 1/2 cups water

In large skillet, mix water, rice. 3/4 cup of BBQ sauce, put chicken on top. Bring to a boil, lower the heat to lo-medium, cover and simmer for 40 -45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon remaining BBQ sauce over chicken . Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, then serve. Serves 4.
