Homestyle Turkey and Rice
1 1/2 cups cooked turkey
2 tbsp. diced onion
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup instant rice
2/3 cup turkey gravy
dash of pepper
Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Microwave on high 8-10 minutes, stirring twice. Makes 2 servings.
