Crockpot Tetrazzini
3 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 jar (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
6 oz. vermicelli, broken into 2" pieces
Put everything (EXCEPT VERMICELLI) into crockpot. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or on low all day. Add vermicelli, stir well. Cut Crockpot off and let sit with lid on for 1 hour. Stir and serve. Serves 4
VEGETARIAN VERSION~ omit chicken or turkey and use cream of mushroom soup and vegetable broth.
