Fruit Salad
4 ounces instant vanilla pudding
8 ounces frozen whipped cream (Thawed)
1 cup milk
4 bananas (Sliced)
2 apples (Decorated and Sliced)
10 ounces , pineapples (Chunks and drained)
12 strawberries (Sliced)
1 cup pecans (Chopped)
12 grapes (optional)
1 cup coconut (optional)
Mix 1 cup of milk with the Instant Vanilla Pudding with a whisk. Fold in Whipped
cream and mix for about a minute or until fluffy.
Add all the fruits and Pecans and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. And it's ready to serve.
SERVES 10
NOTE: You can use low-fat Whipped Cream to make it a healthier dish.
