2 (10 oz) tubes refrigerated pizza crust
1/2 lb sliced baked ham, divided
1/4 lb sliced hard salami and pepperoni
1/4 lb sliced mozzarella, provolone and American cheeses
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup hot pepper rings(optional)
1 onion, sliced
Roll crusts out on a lightly greased baking sheet to completely cover the
bottom. Layer meat, cheese and vegetables continuing to layer a total of 3
times; ending with a layer of ham.
Fold dough back over top, envelope-style; pinch edges closed, making sure all
ingredients are tucked inside. Bake at 425 until golden, about 17-25 minutes;
let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serves 8
