Fried Root Veggies

2 Whole Beets peeled and cubed
1 Sweet Potato peeled and cubed
6 Potatoes peeled and cubed
1 Onion Chopped
1 Tab Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Heat oil and add Beets, Sweet Potato and Potatoes. Cook until brown on medium high heat. When tender add Chopped Onion cover and cook about 5 minutes. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.


This is great served with brats.
