Grilled Sausage & Onion Kabobs

1 20 oz bottle dark beer
1/3 cup molasses
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp hot mustard
1 tsp salt
2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cut into 1" pieces
1 large onion, cut into 1" pieces
2 large red bell peppers, cut into 1" pieces

In a medium bowl combine beer, molasses, brown sugar, garlic, mustard, and salt.
In a large zip lock bag put the sausage, onion and peppers and add beer mixture,
seal, bag, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove sausage, onion, and peppers from
bag and discard marinade. Thread the sausage, onion, and peppers alternately
onto 20 (6") skewers. Have a grill hot and spray racks with nonstick spray. Put
kabobs on rack and cook 10 to 15 minutes or till sausage is browned and
vegetables are tender, turning occasionally. Serve immediately. Makes about 20
