Chicken and Rice
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, or 1 1/2 lbs. raw chicken tenders
3 cans (10 oz. each) cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of celery soup
2 cups instant rice
1 cup water
1/2 cup diced celery
salt, pepper, and paprika
In bottom of Crockpot, mix water, soups, and rice, salt and pepper to taste. Top with chicken, then celery. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or on low all day. Serves 6.
