Baked Chicken Dish
2 whole chickens, frozen
12-20 potatoes, washed and cut in half
1 lb. carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
4 cans (10 oz. each) Cream of Chicken Soup
4 cans (10 oz. each) Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 soup cans water
salt and pepper
Put chickens in a large roasting pan. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add soups and water (just slop it on top of everything) Cover tightly and bake at 400 degrees for 3-4 hours (until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Serves 12
NOTE: DON'T ADD A LOT OF SALT TO THIS DISH AS THE CREAM SOUPS ARE SALTY~
