Salsa Mac & cheese

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 3/4 cups water
12 oz. Velveeta, cubed
16 oz. chunky salsa (any type you prefer)
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

Add salsa and water to browned meat. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add cheese, stir until melted. Serves 4
