BETTER FOR YOU GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
2 slices whole grain bread
2 slices American cheese
2 thin slices tomato
2 tsp margarine
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
Fill bread slices with cheese and tomatoes. Spread outside of sandwich with
margarine. Cook in skillet until golden brown on both sides. SERVE WITH
VEGETABLES. Makes 1 serving.*
